Mrinmoy is a father, friend and storyteller. At work, he is a business artist, digital business builder and the chief meaning officer in organizations he runs.
Mrinmoy has built and led global technology businesses in Korea, India, the US, UK and Saudi Arabia, achieving both international accolades and self-admittedly , a few forgettable failures.
Currently based in Korea, Mrinmoy leads Digital Business at SOLiD as Vice President.
Prior to SOLiD , he held leadership roles at Cypress Semiconductor, Xchanging, and Onmobile, creating high impact people and business transformations.
After graduating from Stanford Business School , Mrinmoy co-founded his first digital startup in 2010 and has been a serial tech-preneur since then.
He successfully led industry defining digital transformations in retail, logistics, manufacturing, banking, real estate and automotive industries.
As a passionately curious problem solver, Mrinmoy holds 24 international patents.
Mrinmoy’s life mission is to make positive changes in organizations and be useful to the people around him.
When he is not attending calls or playing with his boys, he must be writing or recording songs for his loved ones
